Refund Policy

1) General

This policy governs refunds for subscriptions to MotionFlow. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

2) 7-Day Refund (First Purchase Only)
  • A refund is available only once — for your first subscription purchase and only within 7 calendar days from the initial charge.
  • If more than 7 days have passed since your first purchase, a refund will not be issued.
3) Renewals (Auto-Charges) — Non-Refundable
  • All subsequent subscription periods paid via auto-renewal are non-refundable.
  • You are solely responsible for monitoring the next billing date and canceling the subscription in your account/payment platform before the auto-charge occurs.
  • If you continued using the service and did not cancel before the renewal date, fees for that renewal are not refundable.
4) How to Request a Refund (First Purchase)
  1. Confirm that no more than 7 days have passed since your first subscription charge.
  2. Email your request to support@motionflow.pro including:
    • the account email / user ID,
    • the payment date and amount,
    • the payment method / transaction ID.
  3. Once approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
5) Exceptions

No refund will be issued if any of the following apply:

  • the payment is not your first purchase (including upgrades/renewals/reactivations);
  • the request is submitted more than 7 days after the first purchase;
  • features/access were used and the subscription was not canceled before renewal;
  • the purchase was made via a third-party marketplace with its own refund terms (their policies apply).
6) Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date in your account or via the payment platform. Cancellation stops future charges; the already-paid period remains active until it ends.

7) One-time purchase

If you make a one-time purchase (packages), you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product does not meet your expectations for any reason.
